Irish Premier Division club Bohemian have completed the signing of Eoghan Stokes from Leeds United, it has been confirmed. The Dublin-based club announced on their

Football Insider verdict

Stokes looks set to revive his career with a decent move to Bohemian. Even though the Irish top-flight is perhaps the quality of League Two or the National League in England, it will give the forward a chance to earn some invaluable senior experience. He never had a loan spell away from Elland Road so his solitary first-team appearance against Newport County in the EFL Cup in August was his only real senior achievement in Yorkshire. It is understandable that he agreed to leave after such a lack of opportunities and it seems he failed to secure a loan or permanent exit in January. Leeds fans will no doubt be wishing Stokes well at Bohemian.
