Emerson Hyndman hailed Jon Toral’s goal on Twitter after Rangers’ Saturday win over Partick Thistle.
The Ibrox giants completed a 2-0 victory at home earlier in the afternoon with goals from Kenny Miller alongside a sweet Toral strike.
Attacking midfielder Hyndman is currently on loan from Premier League outfit Bournemouth, while Toral also joined in January in a temporary move from English giants Arsenal.
The two talented loanees linked up for the Gers’ second goal with the pair playing a one-two before Hyndman made a great run and then set-up Toral who was free in the area.
The young American then hailed the Spaniard on his personal Twitter account on Saturday afternoon, nicknaming him “mi amigo” before sharing that he would now focus on next weekend.

Both Hyndman and Toral will be hoping to start in Rangers’ next match which sees them take on fierce rivals Celtic at Hampden Park a week on Sunday in the Scottish Cup semi-finals.
The Gers will be eager to win this Old Firm clash having lost three and drawn one of their four meetings so far this season.
