PSG ready to make loan swoop for Liverpool 27-year-old - report
By Danny Wright
Paris St. German are eyeing up a loan move for Liverpool’s Daniel Sturridge, according to a report.
The Mirror reports that the Euro giants believe that the 27-year-old can help them win the Champions League, but due to recent injuries they are only willing to sign him on temporary deal.
Liverpool are willing to listen to offers for Sturridge, who they rate at £30million.
The reported interest comes after the former Chelsea man looks to find first-team football elsewhere as he has made just five Premier League starts for Jurgen Klopp’s side this season.
In total, Sturridge has scored six goals in 21 appearances for the Reds in all competitions during the current campaign.

Since moving to Merseyside in January 2013 from Chelsea and has scored 60 goals in 113 appearances for the club.
His best season came in 2013/14 when he struck up a formidable partnership with current Barcelona attacker Luis Suarez.
He scored 22 league goals in 29 games as he helped Liverpool to come within touching distance of winning their maiden Premier League title.
Despite suffering an ankle injury during that season, Sturridge only failed to score in nine league games in which he played.
Sturridge also has 24 caps for the England senior team and has scored seven goals, which including a last-gasp winner against Wales at Euro 2016.
Football Insider Verdict
When he is fit and able to play, Sturridge is one of the best strikers in the Premier League and on goalscoring skill alone, only Harry Kane is perhaps better. Klopp clearly doesn’t see a place in his plans for the English striker so a move away from Anfield could be possible; however it is doubtful that a move to PSG is the right one. In the French capital he will be competing with Edison Cavani who has scored goals in Ligue 1 for a number of years now. Unai Emery may want Sturridge, and for good reason, but it definitely isn’t the right move for him.
