Romelu Lukaku has reportedly snubbed a new deal at Everton – and fans on Twitter have reacted with mixed emotions.
Sky Sports claimed on Tuesday afternoon on their official Twitter account that the 23-year-old has told the Toffees that he will not sign a new contract with the club.
Lukaku’s contract at Goodison Park runs until 2019 and with the news of him reportedly rejecting a new deal, his future will be up in the air this summer.

The Belgium international has been an integral figure under Ronald Koeman this season, helping the club go from mid-table under Roberto Martinez last term to Europa League chasers during this campaign.
A couple of Toffees supporters were talking about the potential transfer fee the club might get for Lukaku if he leaves in the summer.

One fan stated that he would happily take £60million for the powerful forward, while another believes he should go higher than the fee Manchester City paid for defender John Stones.
Centre-back Stones moved to the Etihad Stadium last summer for a fee of £50million as the club could now lose yet another key player at the end of this campaign.
Others felt that the club’s head of recruitment Steve Walsh will have a big job on his hands when the summer transfer window opens.
Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney, who came through the club’s academy, is touted as a player to replace Lukaku by the fans.

Lukaku should go down as a club legend. Been with us for 3/4 years and has scored plenty. He's always made his intentions clear. #EFC
