Everton fans react as PL assist-king reportedly high on Koeman radar
By Matt Farr
Everton have been linked with a summer move for Swansea star Gylfi Sigurdsson – and fans on Twitter would love to see him at Goodison Park.
Sigurdsson, 27, is one of the most consistent performers in the Premier League, and continues to excel for Swansea despite their relegation battle.
The Premier League assist king has contributed nine goals and 10 assists for the club this season, and Everton are believed to be keen to add his creative flair to their own bid for European qualification in the summer.
Everton fans on Twitter are already excited about the prospect of seeing Sigurdsson move to the club at the end of the season, and took to social media to express their views.

I'd be happier if we signed Sigurdsson who's a genuine, quality number 10 than signing Rooney because he's Rooney.

However, fans remain divided over a potential move for the 31-year-old, with many insisting that Sigurdsson would be a much better choice.
Nevertheless, manager Ronald Koeman is expected to continue his overhaul of the first team squad in the summer, and bringing several high profile names to the club will be at the top his agenda.
In other Everton transfer news, this Toffees superstar could sign a new £140,000-a-week deal within the next 24 hours.
