Everton are likely to accept bids over £50million for star man Amadou Onana this summer, sources have told Football Insider.

The Merseysiders could sell the 22-year-old before 30 June in a bid to include his fee in the 2023-24 accounts and stave off any new Financial Fair Play issues.

Fulham’s Joao Palhinha came close to joining Bayern last summer (2023) but the Bavarian outfit are now turning their attention to a younger option.

Everton keen to bank Onana profit this summer

A well-placed source has told Football Insider that Everton will accept bids of over £50million for the former Lille man.

The Goodison Park outfit are keen to make a profit on the reported fee of just over £33million they paid to the French outfit in 2022.

The Belgium international has made 36 appearances across all competitions for Sean Dyche’s side this term – starting in 29 of those outings.
