Everton's Premier League rivals make Jack Grealish transfer plan after twist
Premier League clubs will be rivalling Everton for Jack Grealish's services next summer as he prepares to leave Man City permanently, sources have told Football Insider.
Grealish's contract at the Etihad Stadium is set to expire in June 2027, with City planning to let him leave on a free transfer.
He is looking ahead to another campaign on loan at Everton for now, though, after a successful spell on Merseyside last season.
The 31-year-old was impressive under David Moyes, but did see his campaign ended prematurely by a serious foot injury and will be looking to stay fit throughout this term.
As I revealed on the latest edition of Football Insider's Transfer Insider podcast, he is likely to attract attention from a host of Premier League sides next summer after leaving City.
Sunderland and former club Aston Villa were each linked to his services towards the end of the summer window before Everton swooped for a second time.

Grealish certainly proved last season that he still has quality to show at the top level, but will need to continue doing so now after a lengthy layoff.
Moyes could hand him a second full debut for the club as they face Tottenham in North London on Saturday evening.
The 31-year-old was keen to return to Everton after enjoying a close relationship with their fans, but may look to seek a different challenge next summer.
Speaking on the Transfer Insider podcast, I explained: "A lot will depend on how Grealish performs between now and the end of his loan spell at Everton. I'm sure there will be a number of clubs who will be keeping tabs on his contract situation next summer as well, when it expires."

Moyes' own future has been in the spotlight in recent weeks after he publicly criticised the club's summer business, or lack thereof.
Rumours of him potentially walking away from the club are rife, with a decision potentially set to be made if they choose not to back him with funds in the January window.
Sources have revealed to Football Insider that CEO Kinnear would look to appoint a young, ambitious manager if the Scot quits his role in the coming months, while also adding a sporting director to the boardroom.
