Tyler Dibling has a monumental season coming up as he looks to establish himself at Everton after a big-money move last summer.

The Toffees signed the 20-year-old for a £40million package deal from Southampton, but he has failed to live up to the expectations in L3 so far.

David Moyes was reluctant to use the young Englishman in the 2025-26 campaign, and there will undoubtedly be doubts about his future in the summer.

Edon Zhegrova has been heavily linked with a move to Hill Dickinson Stadium since last year and his arrival would surely be bad news for Dibling at the Merseyside outfit.

The former Saints prospect will surely have an even tougher time getting opportunities next season if the Blues add depth to their attacking areas

It may be best for the Englishman to look for a temporary move elsewhere as it doesn't look like Moyes trusts him yet to be a regular option in the first team.

Edon Zhegrova situation to keep eye on amid Everton interest

Zhegrova decided to join Juventus last summer as the Toffees lost out on his signature, but the Kosovo international has struggled in Italy.

Luciano Spalletti didn't trust the 27-year-old this season, with the right-winger starting zero games in Serie A.

According to Tuttojuve journalist Mirko Di Natale on 15 June, the forward's situation at the Allianz Stadium is one to watch closely.

The journalist has noted interest from the Merseyside outfit in Zhegrova, who clubs in Turkiye and France also want.

David Moyes faith in young forward clear at Hill Dickinson Stadium

Sources told Football Insider on 14 June that Everton want to sign Tyrique George permanently and are looking to renegotiate the £22million option to buy in his loan deal.

Unlike Dibling, the Chelsea loanee was immediately relied on by Moyes, making some impactful cameos off the bench.

With George, the Scottish manager has shown he is willing to give young players an opportunity and the former Southampton ace may just have to find game time elsewhere.
