Exclusive: Bilic may have been sacked by West Brom on Sunday - top pundit

West Brom need to win at least one of their next four games for Slaven Bilic to avoid being sacked, according to Gabriel Agbonlahor.

Speaking exclusively to Football Insider correspondent Connor Whitley, the former Aston Villa forward claimed Bilic would have been dismissed already but for his side’s performance against Tottenham.

West Brom were on course for a vital point against Spurs before Harry Kane scored an 88th minute winner at the Hawthorns.

The club currently in the relegation places and are one of three Premier League teams yet to win this season.

The Baggies face another team yet to win this campaign, Sheffield United, at the end of November

And Agbonlahor believes beating the Blades is vital if West Brom are to avoid relegation.

He told Football Insider“The performance was good against Spurs, I think that’s the reason why they haven’t sacked him because they put a performance in for him and they were unlucky not to get a draw.

“If you look at the next few games one of the games is against Sheffield United, you look at these games that they should expect to win.

“If he doesn’t get one win out of their next four games I can see him getting the sack.

“They’re games that you need to get points out of and if you don’t it’s inevitable that you’re going to go down.

“West Brom have fought hard to get in the Premier League and they’re not going to want to go straight back down.”

Straight after the international break, West Brom travel to Manchester United before hosting Sheffield United.

They then face Crystal Palace and Newcastle United at the beginning of December.

In other West Brom news, Football Insider can REVEAL the club have plotted a move to sign a contract-rebel defender wanted by West Ham.
