Exclusive: Michael Brown raves over 'Fantastic' sight in Leeds training
Michael Brown has been left raving after seeing a training ground routine result in Luke Ayling’s goal for Leeds United against Huddersfield.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider assistant editor Russell Edge, the former Leeds midfielder admits there is “nothing better” than seeing something worked on behind the scenes come off in a game.
Having seen the 28-year-old net a thunderous volley in the win over the Terriers, Leeds posted a behind the scenes video of the defender scoring in a very similar fashion.

Brown was left head over heels after watching the training ground footage, heralding the impact Ayling has had at both ends of the pitch in recent weeks.
Brown told Football Insider: “I was just looking at the clips, earlier in the week in the training session do the volleys and then he goes and actually does it on the field, it’s fantastic.
“That’s what you want to see, things on the training ground come off, there’s nothing better for the club and that will give them great confidence.

“I think things are in such a good place at Leeds United, the confidence is high and the last couple of results, with clean sheets as well, led by Luke Ayling in the defence.”
Ayling, who missed the opening weeks of the season through injury, has been a mainstay for Marcelo Bielsa with 29 appearances under his belt.
As well as keeping the opposition at bay, he has been a threat in the final third recently, with three goals in five games.
In other Leeds United news, Darren Bent has reacted as the club prepare to sell a “top, top player” this summer.
