'Very, very good' - Exclusive: Bent makes exciting claim over 'Bit-part' Tottenham player
Darren Bent claims that Tottenham fans are yet to see the best of midfielder Giovani Lo Celso despite his impressive performances this season.
The former Spurs and England striker, speaking exclusively to Football Insider assistant editor Russell Edge, says that the Argentine was a great signing for his old side and that he is only going to get better.
The Lilywhites confirmed last week that they had chosen to exercise a purchase clause in the 23-year-old’s contract and turn his loan from Real Betis into a permanent move.

Bent says that keeping Lo Celso on board was an important deal and that he has got a lot more to offer going forward.
“I thought Lo Celso was a very, very good signing,” Bent told Football Insider.
“He’s shown signs, and especially with Christian Eriksen going, you need a lot of creativity in your team and I think Lo Celso, once he gets up to speed because I think he’s still been a bit of a bit-part player, as soon as he gets up to speed he is very, very good.

“I think that was a good signing.”
Lo Celso has struggled for regular first-team game time this season due to injury and form, with a total of 21 appearances across all competitions so far.
He has recently established himself as a mainstay in the starting XI under Jose Mourinho, playing all but 10 minutes in the last three Premier League games.
