Exclusive: West Brom set to submit £15m bid for goal machine
West Brom are planning to submit a £15million bid for Hull City goal machine Jarrod Bowen in January to boost their promotion bid, Football Insider understands.
The winger, 22, has been linked with a move away from Hull for some time following his impressive form during the last 18 months and his future is set to be the subject of speculation again when the transfer window reopens next month.
A West Brom source has told Football Insider that the club are preparing to step up their interest by tabling an offer for Bowen.
The likes of Newcastle and Leicester City have also been credited with an interest in the free-scoring attacker, who has scored 17 goals in 23 matches in all competitions this season.
Championship leaders West Brom are aware of the rival interest in Bowen and they are ready to test Hull’s resolve to hang onto the forward with a £15million offer.
Manager Slaven Bilic is looking to bolster his attacking options in January as he looks to maintain his side’s bid for promotion back to the Premier League.

The Baggies have money to spend as they look to secure a top-two finish in the second half of the campaign.
Bowen has taken his game to a new level this season and has hit a purple patch which has brought him 12 goals from his last 11 league matches.
Hull are reluctant to lose Bowen and they would be loathe to lose their prize asset to a Championship rival.
The east Yorkshire outfit want to keep hold of Bowen to spearhead their own promotion push.
In other West Brom news, it can be REVEALED that Paris Saint-Germain are plotting a bid for a Baggies player in January window.
