Expert claims Tottenham can 'exploit' Liverpool system
A Tottenham defeat against Liverpool is not a foregone conclusion this weekend.
That is according to Spurs insider John Wenham, who regularly breaks news about the club on his Lilywhite Rose social media channels.
Tottenham travel to Anfield on Saturday evening (7 May) as they look to keep pace with Arsenal in the top four race.
Liverpool are in brilliant form as they continue their title battle with Manchester City.
The Reds could only manage a draw against Spurs at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in December and Wenham is hopeful his side can avoid defeat again.
“People forget, the last few times we have been top Anfield we have run Liverpool pretty close,” Wenham told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.

“There have been games where we have been winning or drawing with maybe 10 minutes to go but for some reason we have thrown it away.
“Liverpool are a brilliant football team and it will be so hard to get anything at Anfield but I don’t think it’s impossible.
“I look at that really high Liverpool line and I think there is a way to exploit it.
“Kane can come very deep as we have seen him do before. We can then get Son in behind.
“Then we need the defence to have an amazing day as well. It’s going to be so tough but you never know.”
Tottenham sit two points behind fourth-placed Arsenal.
Those sides will face each other on Thursday (12 May).
