Hummel has teased an orange away kit for Rangers in an official post about becoming Rangers sponsors.

Rangers last wore an orange kit in the 2002/03 season and certain sections of fans have been very vocal about wanting one back.

They could be about to get their wish after some eagle-eyed supporters noticed something strange about the tweet that was posted on Friday.

It all seems fairly innocuous on the surface, with a message that reads, "Today we become official Technical Sponsor to Rangers FC.

“Soon, Steven Gerrard and the team will return for pre-season and will wear our iconic chevrons.

“Our journey together will then truly begin... #Letsgo."

However, the two logos – Rangers and Hummel – were on a short video loop and around a third of the way through it 'scratches' and displays both logos in orange.

It didn't take long for Rangers supporters to notice and they're convinced this means the return of the orange.

It would be the latest in a series of bold moves from the Rangers hierarchy, with Steven Gerrard already causing waves as the new manager.
