Frank Lampard delivers verdict on Chelsea/Spurs title race, Tottenham fans will love this

Chelsea legend Frank Lampard has given his verdict on Tottenham’s title chances following Chelsea’s 2-0 defeat to Man United this afternoon.
Antonio Conte’s side fell to a disappointing loss at Old Trafford as Marcus Rashford and Ander Herrera scored either side of half time.
Meanwhile, on Saturday, Tottenham thrashed Bournemouth 4-0 as goals from Harry Kane, Moussa Dembele, Son Heung-min and Vincent Janssen handed them all three points.
The results meant Tottenham have now won seven on the bounce in the league, while Chelsea have lost two of their last four.
It also means the gap between top and second is now just four points, with just six games to go.

Speaking on Nissan Super Sunday (6.30pm), Lampard said of the title race: “[Spurs] fans will be very happy. They’re playing very well and that was the result they needed.
“Now there’s a little bit of daylight there for Tottenham to try and squeeze in. The game between them next week is a massive one.”
Tottenham face Chelsea next Saturday in an FA Cup semi-final which will not only be crucial to both sides’ chances of winning the cup, but also to their chances in the league, as whoever wins will take a huge psychological advantage into the end of season run-in.
Lampard won three Premier League titles and four FA Cups during his time at Chelsea.
