'How have they pulled this off?' – Fans react as Sky report critical update in Leeds manager deal

Leeds United have appointed Marcelo Bielsa as their new manager on a three-year deal, according to Sky Sports, and football fans have flocked onto Twitter to react.

Leeds have reportedly been in talks with Bielsa, the former Argentina manager, ever since they sacked Paul Heckingbottom.

And, after protracted negotiations, it looks like they’re finally set to land their man, with Sky reporting that a three-year deal has been agreed.

Bielsa is a high-profile name who’s been praised by top managers like Pep Guardiola and Maurcio Pochettino for his innovative philosophy.

And some football fans can’t believe that he’s going to Leeds, with one saying, “How have they pulled this off?”

However, others have been looking to Bielsa’s more recent work at Lille, where he was sacked shortly after a disastrous reign in France.
