Hutton wowed by what he's seen from Celtic after Postecoglou makes behind-the-scenes changes
Alan Hutton has admitted he was shocked by what he saw from Celtic and Ange Postecoglou in their draw against Midtjylland last week.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Scotland defender insisted the Bhoys’ performance was “night and day” from their pre-season displays.
The Hoops were held 1-1 at Parkhead as Lial Abada’s opener was cancelled out by Evander’s free-kick.

Hutton told Football Insider’s Russell Edge: “I feared for Celtic going into the Midtjylland game, I really did.
“Off the back of the Preston game, I thought they were really poor.
“They started off so well. I was thinking this is night and day, this is a different team.
“Postecoglou was up out in his technical area, he was shouting. He looked like the guy I’d seen in his previous teams. In pre-season, he sat back, watching everything.
“It was actually a really good performance. I think they played well, I think their formation was a little different to what they’re used to.
“They played out from the back all the time. There were signs there, patterns of play that have been put in place through the manager in training. It’s about building on that.
“They did play well in certain sections of the game but it’s about maintaining that over the 90 minutes.”
Celtic were beaten 6-2 by West Ham in a friendly on Saturday (July 24th).
