Liverpool attacker Sheyi Ojo is set to join Championship side Fulham on loan, according to a reliable journalist.
James Pearce of the Liverpool Echo claimed on his personal Twitter account on Tuesday morning that the 20-year-old had agreed to join the London club over a host of other second-tier sides including Derby, Aston Villa and Middlesbrough.

The attack-minded winger has been in demand all summer with Sky Sports previously reporting that Premier League new boys Newcastle were also one of the teams interested.
Ojo has previously spent two loan spells away from Anfield with both Wolves and Wigan, meaning that he is already more than acquainted to life of Championship football.
A back injury saw Ojo’s chances limited in the first-team last season, as he was reduced to playing just two times, which both came against Plymouth in the FA Cup third round ties which had to go to a replay.

The England Under-20 international is one of the more highly-rated stars emerging through the ranks on Merseyside and its likely that Jurgen Klopp sees him as getting more first-team opportunities at Fulham rather than at Liverpool in the near future.
Football Insider Verdict
Ojo has bags of potential but there’s no way that he will be able to achieve what he can by sitting in the Liverpool development squad for another season. Fulham have great facilities and they have welcomed a number of exiting young players to the game in recent seasons. Ojo would benefit from that and it would also be an advantage to him to be in a side that are expected to fight for the Championship title this season. It’s all well and good getting senior experience under your belt, but getting a taste of success every week is something that can see the England youth international go to the next level. It’s a great move for all parties concerned.
