Inside source: Tottenham are 'working hard' on new contracts in 'really good news' for club
Tottenham are “working very hard” on contracts that will lure more events to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
That is according to Spurs insider John Wenham, who regularly breaks news about the club on his Lilywhite Rose social media channels.
Tottenham hosted another NFL fixture at the weekend.
There are two matches being played during the international break, with the first being Sunday’s clash between the New York Jets and Atlanta Falcons.
The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium was built with this in mind and was designed with built-in NFL equipment.
Wenham insists this is good news for Tottenham and claims the club are working on securing more events with plenty of concerts already booked in.

“Tottenham are working very hard to get those contracts,” Wenham told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“We need to become the home of NFL in London, we have to take all the Wembley games.
“We have had three events there at the stadium and there is another coming up. This has been a great success.
“So far, we have sold out all of them. The support for NFL in England is certainly there.
“The stadium is a better experience than Wembley and I expect we will become that home of NFL.
“There is boxing coming up. We have Lady Gaga playing, Guns N’ Roses are playing.
“Capital FM are holding an event there. Saracens are also playing a game there and it’s expected to sell out.
“It is also full of conferences through the week and this all generates money, it’s really good news for Tottenham.”
