Sky: Jurgen Klopp makes emphatic decision on Liverpool problem area
By Danny Wright
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp will not try to sign a new goalkeeper in the summer, according to a report.
Sky Sports claim on their website that the German boss will put his faith in current goalkeepers Simon Mignolet and Loris Karius.
Manchester City outcast Joe Hart and Crystal Palace’s Steve Mandanda had both been linked with moves to Anfield.
The Sun had reported earlier on Wednesday that the ex-Borussia Dortmund boss had signed off a deal to rescue Hart from his Etihad uncertainty when his loan spell at Torino comes to an end.
However, this has been debunked by the latest report from Sky Sports, who went even further by reporting there will be no new keeper arrivals in the forthcoming transfer window.

Mignolet played the first five games of the season for Liverpool while Karius was out injured, but was dropped to the bench for the 23-year-old.
However, after a number of high-profile mistakes, Klopp reversed his decision and re-instated Mignolet.
The Belgian stopper has been attracting praise for his performances in recent weeks.
He stood firm to help his side win 1-0 against West Brom on Sunday after a great performance against Stoke the game before.
Danny Ward, who is currently on a temporary deal at Huddersfield, is set to return to Merseyside in the summer and will apply pressure on the two first-team ‘keepers for their places after an impressive season in the Championship.
Football Insider Verdict
Klopp has been brought in to try and take Liverpool to the next level, but their current goalkeepers aren’t at the required level. Klopp obviously rates Karius and he will get another chance to prove himself, but there will be a lot of pressure on him to perform well. Mignolet is playing well at the moment but he doesn’t have the consistency that Liverpool need over what could be a gruelling campaign in the Premier League and the Champions League next season. Joe Hart is still one of the world’s elite stoppers and a move would have made a lot of sense for both parties. Klopp, however, has now seemingly ruled that out.
