Kane is 'disgusted' with Levy and wants to leave Tottenham in January - pundit
Frank McAvennie claims Harry Kane remains “disgusted” with Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy amid his poor league form.
The former West Ham hitman, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, reacted to the latest on the striker.
Kane is yet to score in five Premier League outings this season and has been heavily criticised by some pundits.
However, he did score a hat-trick against minnows NS Mura in the Europa Conference League last Thursday.
Kane was the subject of intense transfer speculation this summer but remained at Spurs despite two reported bids from Manchester City.
McAvennie claims Kane’s form is suffering as he doesn’t want to be at the club and remains “disgusted” with chairman Daniel Levy.

“I knew this would happen,” McAvenien told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“He doesn’t want to be there. Listen, the boy is as honest as the day is long and he is trying.
“This isn’t down to lack of effort. When you are disgusted with your chairman, there is only one way that will go.
“They must have had talks about it, surely. Kane will still want to leave.
“I would let him go in January. He should have gone and they should have given Nuno the money to rebuild.
“He’s not happy, Tottenham aren’t happy. It’s such a shame to see.”
Levy held strong during negotiations with City and would not drop his valuation of Kane despite the player’s insistence of a gentleman’s agreement.
Tottenham are next in action against Aston Villa on Sunday afternoon.
