Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter to call for their club to sign Nice ace Dalbert Henrique.
Their messages came after Sky Sports Italy correspondent Gianluca Di Marzio named the Gunners as “serious contenders” for the 23-year-old left-back’s signature.
It was said Serie A giants Inter Milan have been on Dalbert’s trail for several weeks, but they are yet to respond to the North Londoner’s latest bid.
The Brazilian defender was a regular in Nice’s starting XI last term, playing 38 league and cup games.
Dalbert arrived at Allianz Riviera last summer from from Portuguese club Vitoria Guimaraes SC in a deal worth £1.7million.
He is primarily a left-back, but he is also comfortable playing on the left-side of midfield.
The Gunners fans were excited by the prospect of their club signing Dalbert and they took to Twitter to show it.
Here is a selection of their messages on Twitter.
Dalbert is a very fast player. He'd be a great addition.

If he was 1 of Nice's best players last season then he'll surely be a great addition

Spoke about Dalbert a few months ago. Excellent player. LB or LWB. Means Gibbs is definitely off if we're going for him.

Arsenal have already signed one attacking full-back this summer in the shape of Sead Kolasinac, but it looks as though manager Arsene Wenger feels the need to further strengthen in the area.
The North London giants finished fifth in last season’s Premier League, but next term they will hope for a better campaign.
In other Arsenal transfer news, the Gunners have made a stunning offer for this title-winning attacker in order to replace Alexis Sanchez.
