Le Saux delivers verdict on Liverpool top four hopes
By Dominic Toner
Graeme Le Saux believes that Liverpool will have enough to finish in the top-four spots this season.
The Reds are currently third-placed in the table and vying for the Champions League positions.
Chelsea and Tottenham look set to have secured the top two positions, meaning there are just two remaining spots left to fill.
Jurgen Klopp’s side have their fate in their own hands, but are wary of Manchester United, City and Arsenal closely chasing behind them.
The Merseyside club have just three games remaining and will be back in Europe’s elite club competition next season if they win them all.

Liverpool face Southampton at home this weekend, before a trip to West Ham in the penultimate round of fixtures, and finish at home to Middlesbrough.
Le Saux feels that the Reds have managed to get themselves in a strong position and has backed them to make the top four.
“As for Liverpool, they’re going up against Southampton at home followed by West Ham away and then back to Anfield on the final day for a game with sure-to-be-already-relegated Middlesbrough,” Le Saux told BetFair. “Now I know Jurgen Klopp’s men have struggled against a certain type of team in the league this season, but with their four point cushion over fifth at the moment, I think they’ll have enough about them to do it.”
Liverpool’s recent form has seen them establish themselves in the top four after winning three of their last four league matches.
They were competing for the title during the earlier stages of the season, but the depth of their squad has shown and they will be delighted if they can secure a Champions League return.
