Leeds United fans have taken to Twitter to rage after it was confirmed that Mateusz Klich has left Elland Road on loan to sign for FC Utrecht. The Yorkshire club confirmed on their

on Monday that Klich, 27, had agreed terms to move back to the Eredivisie on a temporary basis after barely making an impact at Elland Road following his switch from FC Twente in the summer.

Klich had made just 10 appearances in all competitions for Leeds, despite being one of Thomas Christiansen's first signings since replacing Garry Monk in charge of the club. The Poland international had made just one Championship outing since September and it seems that his lack of game time has played a major role in him leaving the Whites on loan. Leeds fans on Twitter were not too pleased to see him leaving, especially with the number of injuries and suspension issues plaguing the first-team squad at the moment. One disgruntled supporter claimed it was a "waste of time" in signing the Polish midfielder to not play him. Here is a selection of their tweets:
