Leeds United may find themselves in need of one or two new strikers in the summer transfer window.
There’s no guarantee that Pierre-Michel Lasogga will stay on past the end of this season while the other options at Elland Road have found consistency and fitness to be a major issue.
One centre-forward that Leeds must try and seal a summer swoop for is Borja Iglesias, who is tearing up the Spanish second-tier with Real Zaragoza.
Iglesias, 25, is on loan in the Segunda Division from Celta Vigo and Spanish news outlet El Periodico claims that Celtic, Swansea and a host of Championship clubs are interest in the forward.
It is also understood that his contract at Celta Vigo will expire at the end of the season if he does not agree terms to a new deal, so he could be available to Leeds on a free transfer.
The Spanish forward has been on fire this season with 13 goals in 28 appearances across all competitions.
Victor Orta has already looked at the Spanish second-tier for signings when he snapped up Samuel Saiz from Huesca in the summer.
Iglesias could be like the new Saiz at Elland Road if Orta was to welcome yet another fellow countryman to Elland Road as both were causing shockwaves in the Segunda Division before moving on.
In other Leeds United news, Heckingbottom has admitted that he cannot do anything to improve this £3million Whites player.
