Lineker responds hilariously to Piers Morgan four-letter Arsenal rant before Man City clash

Piers Morgan has been moved to a four-letter Twitter rant before Arsene Wenger has even had a chance to name his line-up for today’s Premier League clash with Man City.

The match looks like it’s going ahead despite the adverse weather conditions but Morgan maybe wishes it wasn’t.

Arsenal have already lost to Man City 3-0 on Sunday in the Carabao Cup final and they’ll be looking to complete the quick-fire double tonight.

Ahead of the game though, Morgan tweeted in response to an Arsene Wenger comment where the Arsenal manager said he would decide when he left the job, saying that was actually part of his job.

“The decision to leave has technically always been mine”, Wenger said. “It’s part of my job.”

It left Morgan incredulous but not quite speechless, as he tweeted, “What the f**k?”

It led Gary Lineker to draw comparisons between Arsenal and North Korea, saying “How utterly glorious.”

Morgan agreed with the comparison and reinforced the joke just in case some people didn’t get it.

Which led to Gary Lineker rounding off the exchange perfectly, saying that club was “in a total state”.
