Liverpool fans are delighted with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain for his performance in the 4-0 Premier League win over Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium.

The 24-year-old put in a man-of-the-match performance as the Jurgen Klopp’s side moved back into the top-four.

Oxlade-Chamberlain joined Liverpool from Premier League rivals Arsenal in the summer and after a slow start to his Anfield career, he is starting to win over the Reds fans.

He never really delivered for Arsenal and had a slow start to his career at Anfield, but he showed signs today that he’s ready to step up.

Liverpool supporters were happy with what they saw from the summer signing and took to social media to express their delight.

Liverpool totally dominated on Sunday afternoon. Philippe Coutinho put them ahead on 20 minutes with a fine individual goal, before Dejan Lovren doubled their lead with a header six minutes later.

Jermain Defoe hit the post for Bournemouth, but Mohamed Salah made it 3-0 to put the game to bed before half-time.

Oxlade-Chamberlain who was impressive throughout, hit the woodwork, before Roberto Firmino headed in from Coutinho’s cross to seal the impressive win for Jurgen Klopp’s side.

The Reds are now unbeaten in their last 12 matches in all competitions, while Bournemouth are without a win in six matches.

Liverpool face Oxlade-Chamberlain’s former club Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium in their next Premier League game on Friday evening.
