Malik Tillman backed to sign permanent Rangers deal after what expert has heard
Alan Hutton has insisted Michael Beale will offer Mailk Tillman a permanent Rangers deal.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Gers defender said that from what he has heard from Beale in recent weeks, it seems like Tillman will be offered a long-term contract at Ibrox once his loan expires.
The 20-year-old joined the Glasgow giants in the summer on a season-long loan from Bayern Munich and the deal includes an option to buy.
As shown on Sky Sports (4 February), the USA international scored the opening goal in the 2-1 win over Ross County on Saturday.
The midfielder has scored eight goals in 35 appearances since his arrival at Ibrox and has provided five assists during those outings.
When asked if Tillman is giving Rangers no choice but to offer him a new deal, Hutton told Football Insider: “Listening to what Michael Beale has said over the last couple of weeks it seems like he wants him to stay.

“The fee will still have to be discussed but he is definitely coming on.
“There was always question makers over his defensive abilities but I think he has improved.
“He has just got that nature where everything seems to come easy for him and some fans think he is not working as hard but he definitely is.
“He is scoring goals now, he is contributing so I am pretty sure the manager will want to tie him down long term.“
