Man United fans hail the ‘perfect Luke Shaw replacement’ after what they saw during Brighton vs Chelsea
Manchester United fans have told the club to sign Ferdi Kadioglu after the defender’s performance for Brighton against Chelsea.
Kadiouglu scored the first goal of the match as Brighton cruised past Chelsea 3-0 with a dominant display at the Amex.
The 26-year-old has impressed during his second season at the Seagulls, and Luke Shaw’s contract at Old Trafford expires in 2027.
30-year-old Shaw has suffered numerous injury problems during his time at Old Trafford, whilst fellow left-back Tyrell Malacia is expected to leave the club this summer.
Man United will look to strengthen their squad this summer if they qualify for the Champions League this season, which they are on course to do.

One fan pointed out Kadioglu’s versatility and called him an “underrated talent,” whilst another supporter claimed he would be a “perfect” replacement for Shaw.

Arsenal left-back Myles Lewis-Skelly is also on Man United’s radar this summer, with the Gunners potentially open to letting the 19-year-old leave this summer to raise funds.
Lewis-Skelly has suffered from a lack of game time at Emirates Stadium this season, and there are a host of clubs interested in his signature.

The 28-year-old has missed the majority of the season due to injury, and his red card against Leeds United has raised concerns around his reliability.
Man United could explore selling Martinez and signing a replacement, whilst the club have already tied Harry Maguire down to a new one-year deal.
