Premier League title: Supercomputer predicts winner out of Arsenal, Liverpool, Man City & Man United
Sky Sports’ supercomputer has attempted to predict who will win the Premier League title ahead of the 2026-27 campaign.
Arsenal are aiming to retain their top-flight crown this season after lifting the trophy for the first time in 22 years.
However, Mikel Arteta’s side are set to face significant challenges this campaign, with Manchester City and Liverpool both looking to reclaim the title.
Both of these sides come into the new season with new managers, with City appointing Enzo Maresca, while the Reds have brought in Andoni Iraola.
Nevertheless, this is not set to help them in their title aspirations, with Arsenal predicted to once again win the league.
The Gunners dominated the Premier League in the last campaign and finished the season with 85 points, seven ahead of Man City in second.
Arsenal tipped to win Premier League title by supercomputer
Sky Sports’ supercomputer has made Arsenal the overwhelming favourites to win the Premier League title.
It believes that the Gunners have a 50.6 per cent chance of ending the season at the summit.
This is almost double the odds of Man City winning the title, which currently stands at 27.5 per cent.
Liverpool’s odds are even bleaker, coming in at 10.2 per cent ahead of the new campaign.
Manchester United and Chelsea are the only other clubs with an outside chance of lifting the trophy, coming in at 7.3 per cent and 3.9 per cent.
Who is expected to qualify for the Champions League?
Arsenal and Man City are heavy favourites to make up two of the top four spots, with a 96.6 per cent and a 90.8 per cent chance of a top four finish.
Liverpool are also heavily tipped to achieve a top four finish with a 74.9 per cent chance.
For the final spot in the top four, Man United have a 67.5 per cent chance of securing this place, whereas Chelsea’s odds stand at 51.3 per cent.
Tottenham Hotspur are considered outsiders to sneak into the top four, with a 51.3 per cent chance.
Aston Villa, who finished in the top four last season, only have a 3.6 per cent chance of repeating this feat after the club has overseen the sales of several big stars this summer.
