Danny Rohl has already completely changed the atmosphere at Ibrox despite Rangers' struggles continuing this season.

Rangers drew 0-0 with Falkirk before a frantic four-goal thriller against Dundee United on Wednesday, 3 December, with Nedim Bajrami rescuing a point with a penalty eight minutes into added time.

Celtic could beat Hearts to go top of the Scottish Premiership, and that would only leave the Light Blues in their dust, stuck in fourth position with 23 points.

Despite back-to-back frustrating draws, there have still been some visible improvements under the new manager, with multiple lesser-seen players getting their chance to shine for the Gers.

Danny Rohl's influence has already begun at Ibrox

Emmanuel Fernandez and Nasser Djiga are an unlikely centre-back partnership, with neither over the age of 24, and it has been a steep learning curve for the duo in front of Jack Butland.

Mikey Moore looks like a new player under Rohl, and Nico Raskin has been given a chance to salvage his career after falling out with Russell Martin, but it is yet another player who impressed against United.

Of course, fans were jumping for joy when Bajrami fired home his penalty in added time to secure a point, but it was not just his goal that caught the attention at Tannardice Park.

Despite having just one start to his name heading into the game, coming from the draw with Falkirk, the Albanian international looked like a natural out there on the grass.

Nedim Bajrami could be integral to Rangers' plans

Given his experience in Serie A, there should be no surprise, really, but his stats were outstanding, with five chances created, two of which were big chances, unleashing seven shots, and attempting eight dribbles [FotMob].

In addition to that, the 26-year-old won 100 per cent of his tackles, entered into 12 ground duels, won two fouls, made five recoveries, and was an overall nuisance against the Tangerines.

With 74 touches across the 90 minutes, Bajrami took control, showing a confidence not yet seen from the attacking midfielder, and it has already become clear, the positive impact that Rohl has had on the player.

While some supporters are not yet convinced, and understandably so, he has been a source of creativity that the Light Blues have been missing for weeks.
