After Balague bombshell, Levy must dig deep to land star who will bring PL title to Tottenham

Spanish transfer expert Guillem Balague dropped a bombshell on Monday when he claimed that Gareth Bale's time at Real Madrid could be coming to an end.
He claimed that there were hints that he could be on his way out, including being left on the bench for Real Madrid's Champions League tie with Paris Saint-Germain.
Bale was left on the bench for both legs and Ballague called this a "turning point".
But it was what Ballague said at the end of the piece on Sky Sports that will have put English clubs – and Tottenham especially – on alert.
"But it seems Bale's Spanish adventure could be coming to an end - and there are indications Real Madrid would be willing to accept the right offer.
"Perhaps a return to the Premier League could be on the cards. There would certainly be many clubs interested."
Bale has done it all with Real Madrid.
He's won the Champions League three times out of the last four and what people might forget is that he's still only 28.
Sure, he's had his injury problems and that could be a concern for such a high-profile transfer.
But it could also mean that Bale won't cost as much as his record might suggest.
He has an affinity with Tottenham since he left four-and-a-half years ago for an eye-watering sum of money.
And if he returned he would bring with him experience and class, and could help Pochettino mould the current squad into winners at the top level.
It would be a huge gamble and some Spurs fans might think he's part of the club's past.
But what a career move if he could come full circle and bring silverware to the club who made everything possible for him.
Daniel Levy should dig deep and go all out to bring Bale back to the new Tottenham stadium this summer.
What a reception he'd get.
