Harry Wilson scored a goal for Wales in just his second cap for his country and his first for over four years – and Liverpool fans were blown away.

The 22-year-old winger came up through the Liverpool youth ranks but has been rarely-seen at Anfield, making just one senior appearance.

He was shipped out to Hull on loan in January and Liverpool fans think the move has done him a world of good.

One fan made reference to his no-look pass during the 6-0 win against China, comparing him to Ronaldinho and Firmino.

And comparisons with footballing legends didn't stop there as another fan compared his performance to Marco Reuss.

There was one common theme though – Liverpool fans want to see Jurgen Klopp unleash him in the first team next season when he returns from Hull.

One fan wasn't optimistic about that happening though – saying that he would never get a chance at Anfield with Klopp buying players that will keep him out of the team.

That was one bit of pessimism in an otherwise glorious outpouring of love for Wilson, who was subbed in the 70th minute today.

Here are the best reactions from Liverpool fans to Wilson's display for Wales today:
