Liverpool fans have slammed defender Ragnar Klavan for his performance in the 2-2 draw with West Brom at The Hawthorns on Saturday afternoon.

Klavan, 32, was one of a number of players brought back into the starting line-up for the clash in the Black Country as manager Jurgen Klopp clearly decided to keep one eye on the upcoming Champions League clash with Roma.

However the Estonian enforcer failed to impress fans as West Brom constantly harassed the Reds defence throughout the game.

At one moment in the second-half, the former Augsburg centre-back completely switched and forced Loris Karius into an awkward situation by having to parry the ball away from a free Salomon Rondon.

Liverpool fans were raging with the 32-year-old for his performance, with one angry supporter claiming that he was "absolutely woeful" against the Baggies.

Here is a selection of their tweets:

Klavan has made 25 appearances in all competitions for Liverpool this season, scoring one goal which came against Burnley in January.

Klopp has clearly established his best back-line over the last couple of months with Virgil van Dijk arriving from Southampton in the January transfer window and Klavan has been a victim of that, with just two Premier League starts since he scored against Burnley on New Year's Day.
