Harry Maguire has a decision to make on his Man United future this summer as several clubs at home and abroad chase his signature, sources have told Football Insider.

It is believed the 30-year-old will not be short of would-be suitors - with Aston Villa, Tottenham, Newcastle and overseas clubs all interested.

It is believed Maguire remains happy at Old Trafford despite slipping down Erik ten Hag's pecking order since the Dutchman's arrival.

A well-placed source has told Football Insider that the England international could slip down the ranks even further if Man United are successful in adding a top-class centre-back this summer.

Raphael Varane, Lisandro Martinez, Victor Lindelof and even natural left-back Luke Shaw have been preferred to Maguire under Ten Hag.

Maguire is wary of losing his England place ahead of the 2024 European Championships if he cannot play regular football next season.

He made 31 appearances across all competitions in the 2022-23 campaign but started in just 16 of those outings.

The Sheffield-born star is out of contract at Old Trafford in June 2025 – but Man United have the option of a 12-month extension.

Maguire has racked up 175 total appearances for the club since joining for a reported £80million in 2019, and according to FBRef - he earns a whopping weekly wage of £190,000.
