A new orange Rangers kit has gone on sale in Turkey but it turns out it's a fake created by a local supplier.

The orange shirt, with blue strips and white chevrons, has the 32Red and Hummel logos on and was spotted by a fan in Turkey.

He posted the image on his Twitter account with the message, "Fakers are for sale already in Turkey" and followed up with "Announce orange top."

Rangers fans have been snapping up the fake shirts, which may well be seen in Ibrox next season, while other fans are imploring the club to release their own.

Rangers had an orange away kit in the 2002/03 season and fans are hoping this might give them a commercial imperative for next season.

Rangers are yet to announce the launch of the new Hummel kits.
