It's been a day to forget for West Ham.

First they lost Angelo Ogbonna and James Collins before kick-off to illness and a hamstring injury respectively.

Then they lost Winston Reid after 20 minutes to a nasty looking injury, with the player receiving oxygen on the pitch and getting treatment for a good five minutes before he was replaced by Sam Byram.

By that time they were already a goal down from Ki Sung-yeung and it got worse when Mike van der Hoorn put the home side two up by half-time.

This is against a team that was still in the relegation spots at the start of the day, although they've been transformed under new manager Carlos Carvalhal.

West Ham were a sorry state though and Cheikhou Kouyaté was the chief culprit for the Hammers.

In the end Swansea ran out 4-1 winners, with only a late goal from Michail Antonio to serve as consolation for Hammers fans who's travelled to freezing Wales.

Kouyate played the full 90 minutes to the surprise of a lot of people, but fans don't want to see him again in a hurry.

Here are the best reactions from frustrated West ham fans after an afternoon to forget:
