Paul Lambert responds to criticism from Wolves fans

Paul Lambert has shrugged off fan criticism as the ups and downs of management after extending Wolves’ winning streak to three straight games.
Ivan Cavaleiro, Andreas Weimann and David Edwards got themselves on the scoresheet as the Wanderers beat high-flying Fulham 3-1 at Craven Cottage.
The three consecutive wins come after Wolves went on a six-game run without victory which saw them almost slip into the Championship relegation zone.
Saturday’s victory sees Lambert’s side move up to 16th place in the league and five points away from the bottom three.
Wolves beat two Premier League clubs away in the FA Cup in Janurary and Lambert has since given his thoughts on how he copes with the pressure that surrounds football management.
“You beat Liverpool and Stoke and everyone thinks you're great, you lose a few and everyone wants you out. I never get too high or low,” said Lambert, as quoted by Express and Star journalist Tim Spiers on his personal Twitter account.
The 47-year-old was appointed as the new Molineux boss in November with the club in 19th place after a poor start to the season under the charge of Walter Zenga.
Once a Champions League winner as a player with Borussia Dortmund in 1997, Lambert has had spells as manager at Norwich, Blackburn and Aston Villa.
He will hope to further ease Wolves’ relegation worries after the international break when they take face back-to-back home games against Cardiff and struggling Nottingham Forest.
