Belgian journalist Kristof Terreur has allayed Chelsea fans' fears by claiming that towering 6ft 5in goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois is expected to be back for the Tottenham clash on Sunday.

Courtois pulled out of Belgium's squad but Terreur has said it was more a precaution and that the "minor" hamstring injury shouldn't stop him playing in the Premier League game on April 1.

Courtois has only missed one league game for Chelsea all season and he would be a massive blow if he was missing.

Football Insider verdict:

Great news for Chelsea fans, not so good for Tottenham. Spurs fans would have been hoping that Courtois would be missing for the clash that could go a long way to sorting out the top four in the Premier League this season. Chelsea are currently fifth and five points behind Tottenham. Liverpool are another two points ahead of Spurs but have played an extra game. Terreur is a very solid source of news on Belgian players and we would expect to see the 6ft 5in giant in the starting XI.
