Leeds United are set to act quickly and bring in a new manager after parting ways with Thomas Christiansen on Sunday night.

exclusively revealed the news that Christiansen was about to be sacked imminently on Sunday. This was corroborated almost immediately by Phil Hay of the Yorkshire Evening Post who tweeted to say that the club had parted company with Christiansen. He released the information on his personal Twitter page at 9.20pm on Sunday night.

The news might have taken fans by surprise, but Leeds have seemingly been planning the move, as Hay followed up on his news by saying that while he didn't have a name, it was expected that Leeds would make a quick appointment to replace Christiansen.

One name that has been mentioned is former Leeds manager Simon Grayson, who was the
