West Ham managed to progress to the fourth round of the FA Cup with a narrow victory over QPR at the London Stadium.

Taty Castellanos netted an extra-time winner as West Ham beat QPR 2-1 to claim their first win in all competitions since November.

The Hammers are struggling in the Premier League, with a 2-1 defeat to Nottingham Forest last time out leaving them seven points adrift in the bottom three.

Nuno Espirito Santo is under pressure at West Ham, and the manager will be hoping for improved performances going forward from one star.

Soungoutou Magassa 'awful' against QPR

Soungoutou Magassa starred in West Ham's draw at Man United in December, when he netted a late equaliser to earn his side a point.

Fans though have been left wondering what has happened to the 22-year-old's performances since, with many believing he was poor against QPR.

Magassa was brought off at half-time in West Ham's 3-0 defeat at Wolves, and did not appear off the bench against Nottingham Forest.

Despite the midfielder grabbing the assist for Crysencio Summerville's opening goal, one fan claimed that West Ham would not be promoted from the Championship with Magassa in the team.
