Paris Saint-Germain superstar Kylian Mbappe is among the France stars who have advised Tanguy Ndombele to join Tottenham this summer, Football Insider can reveal.

Spurs are in talks with Ndombele’s club Lyon to sign him this summer as they look to fend off rival interest from the likes of Juventus.

As revealed by Football Insider, the Londoners have offered £107million in fee and wages to land the central midfielder, including an offer of £55million including add-ons as well as contract package worth £200,000-a-week.

A Spurs source has told Football Insider that France skipper Hugo Lloris, who has the same status at Tottenham, has urged Ndombele to make the move from Ligue 1 to the new White Hart Lane stadium.

It is a stance echoed by Mbappe, who has told Ndombele he will be key player at the Londoners and the are a club where he can go to the next stage in his career.

Lyon have admitted they are set to cash in on Ndombele this summer, but they are adamant that buyers must match their valuation for him to be sold.

The France international is increasingly leaning towards moving to Tottenham and that could prove decisive in securing a breakthrough in negotiations.

Ndombele, 22, has earned rave reviews for his performances at Lyon in the last two seasons after initially joining from Amiens on a season-long loan.

His athleticism, industry and technical ability has persuaded Spurs to make him one of their priority summer targets as they look to beef up their central midfield.

In other Spurs news, it can be REVEALED that the club have pulled out of the race to sign a top-notch international midfielder.
