Earlier this week the Everton board issued a questionnaire to supporters asking them if they were happy with manager Sam Allardyce’s regime at the club, in a move that raised more than a few eyebrows.
If this is how they’re doing business then perhaps they should find out whether Ademola Lookman’s potential exit from the club would be well received.
The 20-year-old winger who is currently on loan at RB Leipzig is wanted by the German club on a permanent basis, and after only moving to the Bundesliga in January, he has clearly impressed.
However, Sam Allardyce has other ideas for the England U20 World Cup star, and admitted that the club would be willing to listen to offers for Lookman who has only been handed only one start for the Toffees this season.
Supporters were outraged on social media to hear about the potential exit of the player though and with the board clearly out of touch with the Blues faithful, perhaps a survey is the way forward for the decision-making process across all areas of the club.
If they do this they will quickly find out that Lookman is a popular player at Goodison Park and one supporters want to see more of.
