Leeds United fans are insisting Daniel Farke should be sacked after suffering a disappointing defeat to Burnley at Elland Road.

Farke's side were on the wrong side of a 1-0 scoreline at home after Luca Koleosho's 18th-minute strike allowed the visitors to hold on for all three points.

As a result, Leeds have now won just two of their opening five league games this season, and were knocked out of the League Cup in the first round.

The club have won only four of their last 15 competitive fixtures following a late-season capitulation last time out.

After heading into the new season with expectations of challenging for the title if not automatic promotion, fans are already seeing those hopes slip away.

Leeds were 90 minutes away from promotion last season before falling to Southampton in the playoff final, and many fans have since struggled to get back on board with the boss.

Leeds United told to sack Daniel Farke 'before it's too late' after Burnley defeat

As pressure continues to grow on the manager's position at Elland Road, new questions have emerged about whether he is the man to take them forward.

A return to the Premier League is the priority for Leeds, and Farke's prior experience in the Championship was seen as a vital factor in their push for promotion.

However, recent performances and results are suggesting otherwise, and fans have now taken to social media to insist the boss should lose his job ASAP.
