Leeds United have been linked with a move for MK Dons midfielder Ousseynou Cisse, but fans aren’t happy and don’t think he’d offer the quality they need.

The Sun on Sunday’s Goals section (27th May, page 8) said that Leeds would battle Blackburn, Club Brugge and Augsburg for his signature after the MK Dons were relegated from League One.

The 27-year-old joined from Tours last summer on a free transfer and he made 36 appearances across all competitions, scoring once in the FA Cup against QPR.

The midfielder stands at 6ft 4, so he’d definitely offer height to the side, but Leeds fans aren’t convinced that would offer anything else.

One fan said that looking for players from a relegated League One side showed an alarming lack of ambition.

However, another said that he might be a good option as a back-up.

He would be a versatile option as well, with the ability to play either as a holding midfielder or as a centre-back.
