Oliver Glasner will be expected to make several changes to the Nottingham Forest lineup after the defeat to Coventry City.

Jay Dasilva scored the only goal at the City Ground before the international break, raising some early alarm bells over the new manager's future.

He remains in charge ahead of a rather interesting clash against Crystal Palace, his former club, on Sunday, 11 October.

The Reds are currently sitting 13th in the Premier League, with just one win from their opening five matches, and only two points above the dropzone.

New signings Xaver Schlager and Liam Delap have slotted straight into the lineup, but the same can't be said for Daniel Munoz or Ousmane Diomande.

With all of this in mind, Football Insider has taken a look at three players who must face the axe from Forest's defeat to Coventry before the break.

Daniel Munoz

Munoz was expected to come straight into the lineup with a bang, having notched 13 and nine goal contributions in his last two seasons.

The 30-year-old wing-back, however, is yet to stamp his authority on the right flank, despite his arrival pushing Ola Aina into a centre-back role.

Matz Sels

The less said about Matz Sels the better. The 34-year-old has been so consistent over the last three seasons, but that is beginning to fade.

Sels was ultimately at fault for Coventry's winner before the international break, with his slow reaction time and lack of speed there for all to see.

Dan Ndoye

Dan Ndoye is a bit of an enigma. The winger only has four goal contributions in his last 43 games for the Tricky Trees.

But on international duty, he racked up two goals and three assists in Switzerland's wins over Scotland, Slovenia and North Macedonia.

It may feel harsh, but based on his form at the City Ground, Ndoye simply cannot start against Palace. He's not proved himself yet.
