Nottingham Forest supporters are calling on the club to keep hold of former outcast Arnaud Kalimuendo this transfer window after his goal against Blackburn Rovers in the 3-0 victory.

The Tricky Trees easily overcame the Championship opposition in a friendly on Wednesday, with the striker being one of the standout performers.

It had been expected that the 24-year-old would depart the City Ground this summer, with Eintracht Frankfurt being interested.

Kalimuendo spent the second half of the 2025-26 campaign on loan to the German club, where he impressed.

Now, despite having a miserable first six months at Forest, fans have warmed up to the idea of keeping the striker for the upcoming campaign.
