O'Kane delivers verdict on Leeds attacker after win against Preston

Leeds midfielder Eunan O’Kane stated that he was “buzzing” for Kemar Roofe after his display against Preston on Monday afternoon.
However, he did state that the 23-year-old attacking midfielder’s previous performances have deserved more goals.
O’Kane was not part of the 18-man match day squad for the Boxing Day clash due to the injury.
But, still supporting his team-mates from the sidelines the 26-year-old stated on his personal Twitter account after the match that he was happy for Roofe and the full three points.

Goals from Roofe, Hadi Sacko, Souleymane Doukara and Pablo Hernandez ensured their side took home all three points at Deepdale.

However, it was the display of the £3million summer signing from Oxford that caught the eye of many as he also ended the match with two assists to his name.
His overall performance proved key in the victory, which has seen Leeds remain in fifth, while creating a five point gap from seventh placed Fulham.
They will face Aston Villa next on Thursday, who are currently in 10th place after beating Burton 2-1 at Villa Park on Monday afternoon.
