Oliver Antman must be booted out of Rangers, Celtic display showcased how ineffective he is
Oliver Antman has struggled immensely since his summer move to Rangers.
The winger has only picked up four goal contributions to date in the Scottish Premiership in what has been an awful season.
Much of the promise he showed on his debut has disappeared, and he is now often simply a passenger when given game time.
This was yet again the case on Sunday as Rangers lost 3-1 to Celtic, with Antman doing little to influence the attack.
Now, after yet another terrible game, Rangers have to cut their losses and simply sell the 24-year-old.

Now that Rangers are guaranteed to finish third and miss out on Champions League football, preparations can now begin for the 2026-27 campaign.
A squad overhaul is no doubt needed, with many players simply not good enough.

One star who has to be on the chopping block is Antman, who is quite simply not good enough.
According to Fotmob on 11 May, against Celtic, he completed just seven passes, created zero chances, did not have a shot and had just one touch in the opposition’s box.
While many players were poor at Celtic Park, this has been a consistent trend for Antman, and he must now be booted out of the club as he continues to be ineffective in the Scottish Premiership.
Who could replace Antman at Rangers?
Former Man United chief scout Mick Brown exclusively told Football Insider that Joe Gelhardt is keen to make a move to Rangers in the summer transfer window.
The Leeds United star has been one of the standout players in the Championship this season while on loan to Hull City.
The attacker has been heavily linked with a move to Ibrox, which has only been heightened thanks to both clubs’ links with the 49ers Enterprise.
A return to Leeds’ first team picture is seen as unlikely now that the Peacocks have secured Premier League survival.
As a result, Rangers now have a chance to swoop in and secure a clear upgrade on Antman in the summer.
However, it remains to be seen if the transfer will be completed over the course of the transfer window.
