Michael Owen: This is the big problem Tottenham currently have

Michael Owen has predicted that Tottenham will go four games without a league win, and revealed what he thinks Spurs’ current problem is.

In his BetVictor predictions, the former Liverpool striker believes that Tottenham could come away with a point when they visit Watford, but revealed if he had to pick winner it would be Marco Silva’s side.

“Spurs are relying too heavily on Harry Kane for goals and if there is to be a winner at Vicarage Road, I think it might be the hosts,” the retired footballer revealed.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side have not won any of their last three leagues game, losing to Arsenal and Leicester City as well as only drawing with West Bromwich Albion at Wembley.

Despite the poor run of form, Kane has managed to score in his last two league matches but he is the only Tottenham player to have grabbed a goal.

Watford go into Saturday’s game having won two of their last three games, but their most recent game was a 4-2 defeat courtesy of Manchester United.

The Hornets sit just behind Spurs in eighth with three less points, but a win on Saturday wouldn’t see them leapfrog Tottenham unless it’s a ridiculously emphatic win.

Last Season, Spurs secured two comfortable victories over Watford, beating them 4-1 at Vicarage Road and 4-0 at White Hart Lane.
